Financial planning can be scary for many. Hence, our intention is to LISTEN to what is important to you, and to help you ACHIEVE your objectives. We will be there to help you at every step in creating a solid foundation for financial planning, to create a better future for you and your family. At Audient Financial, there are six steps in our financial planning process as described below.

Step 1

Initial Consultation
This will be our first interaction. You can contact us via phone, email or leave a message on the website.

This can be a quick introductory meet-and-greet conversation to understand how we can help you. It will be at NO COST to you, as we will cover the cost of this meeting. There is no obligation to work with us.

We may also collect some of your data and agree to next steps.

Step 2

Understanding your Goals and Objectives
When you are ready to make the decision to work with us, we can have a face-to-face or virtual meeting.

During this meeting, our focus will be to LISTEN what is important to you, and what matters the most to you.

We will complete a Fact Find in this meeting to understand where you are now and where you would like to be in future. This would include the collection of personal and financial data/information from you.

We may ask for statements from your bank, superannuation, assets and liabilities. We may request your signature to obtain permission to discuss your existing product details. This is purely for authorisation purposes, and no changes will be made at this stage.

Our one-off advice fee begins at $3,500 and is charged based on the complexity and the work required.

Step 3

Research and Preparation
We will thoroughly analyse your current situation – your products, assets, and liabilities. Then, we will craft a recommendation to help you achieve the goals that you have shared with us.

We will conduct multiple comparisons and in-depth analyses to ensure we deliver the best possible outcome for you. This is the most time-intensive part of the process, but it is essential for achieving your goals effectively.

Step 4

Presentation of Recommendation
When the recommendation is ready, we will contact you to organise a virtual or face-to-face meeting. At this meeting, we will present the plan and discuss our suggestions.

Step 5

Implementation
Putting Plans into Action: This is where we handle all the necessary paperwork and documentation to implement the recommendations we've provided. If you're applying for new insurance or making changes to existing coverage, you may need to complete medical questionnaires or attend a medical examination.

We also take care of setting up new accounts and seamlessly transitioning any funds that need to be transferred. Rest assured, we do all the heavy lifting while keeping you informed every step of the way.
